In 2006, the Tous Fadak Manufacturing Group, based on its initial idea, decided to establish a tractor production line to meet the needs of the country's farmers. Accordingly, a private joint-stock company named East Tractor Manufacturing Company (ARKA) was registered.
The initial concept of the company’s founders was to produce tractors under renowned global brands with a distinctive position in the Iranian market. To this end, after analyzing the market and obtaining the necessary permits from relevant authorities, the company commenced its operations in 2006.
It constructed a 15,000 square meter production hall and a 4,000 square meter administrative building on a 20,000 square meter site, adhering to international standards. The company entered negotiations with foreign partners and major agricultural machinery companies. However, due to sanctions and challenges related to financial transactions, cooperation with European companies was not feasible.
Leveraging its strong capabilities and the expertise of its engineers, East Tractor Manufacturing Company began domestic tractor production. In the near future, the company plans to introduce three models of tractors (for orchards and agricultural fields) to the market.
